These are extra services or products that complement the core treatment to enhance it and increase the outcome thereof. They are usually not standalone services, but added onto existing treatments.
Options
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a form of mechanical exfoliation that could be an add-on service to any Essential Basic facial or to a superficial depth chemical peel. This will remove the build-up of dead surface layer cells or vellus hairs and enhance better penetration of any product further applied.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The skin will be cleansed before dermaplaning will be performed. It will then be followed with the steps of the core treatment that was originally decided to perform whether it be a superficial chemofoliation or an Essential Basic treatment exfoliation, masking and appropriate aftercare application.
There is no pain, discomfort during or post treatment and can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly or 4-week interval period. Continue with your normal skin routine and follow post care instructions diligently as instructed by Anchen.
This treatment is ideally indicated for:
- Rough skin texture requiring smoothness (from the build-up of dead skin cells)
- Dull and sallow skin
- Millia and comedones
- Congested skin
- Excessive vellus facial hair
- As combination treatment to enhance further product penetration more rapidly
Lamelle Dermaheal Growth Factor
Sheet Mask
This cosmeceutical sheet mask is cut out in areas for the eyes, nose and mouth. It contains a high concentration of active ingredients that include 3 different types of growth factors, aloe extract, which hazel, arbutin, hydrolysed collagen, panthenol and hyaluronic acid.
It can comfortably be added after any facial, chemical peel or needling treatment to elicit calming and cooling effects on the skin as these treatments may cause irritation. It assists in healing and recovery through intensive cellular stimulation and regeneration.
What to expect
This is a fleece sheet mask that will replace any other masking application and be left on for 10 – 20min.

Lamelle Professional Retinol 0.3 serum
This 0.3% Retinol serum can be added on to any of the Lamelle superficial chemical peels or micro-needling treatments to step it up and increase results for the client.
This lipid soluble, stable retinol delivery solution is combined to give more flaking or peeling effects in combination with the baseline peel. It is mostly used in combination with Beta Peel, TCA peels, Augmented Beta Peels with TCA and Beta Plus Peels and will replace the last steps of hydration and sun protection during this treatment.
What to expect
After any chemical peel or micro-needling treatment this serum can be applied. This lipid-soluble serum will be massage into the skin until mostly absorbed. This serum should be left on for 8 to 10 hours post treatment and washed off by the client themselves at home.
Mild discomfort and downtime can be expected depending on the treatment it was combined with, but retinol has a known side profile of causing excessive dryness, flaking, peeling, sensitivity and leaving the skin with a sunburnt feeling that is not within the normal ranges when your skin is not used to it, or when used in excessive concentrations.
When there’s a known sensitivity to retinoids, please avoid this treatment. Inform Anchen if you are unsure or are experiencing an allergic response. Keep on re-applying Lamelle Barrier Repair to keep your skin hydrated, minimise discomfort and assist in healing . Do not pick on any flaking or peeling. Follow any other post care instructions given by Anchen diligently.

Optoderm Retinic A10 infusion
Retinic A10 Infusion contains 1% hydroxypinacolone retinoate (equivalent to approximately 17% retinol). This form of vitamin A is stronger than conventional retinoids, and therefore its efficacy much better than higher concentrations of other retinoids without the irritation providing a gentle, safe and effective anti-aging retinoid.
This serum is used in combination with micro-needling treatments as a meso-infusion, but could also be added to any facial or chemical peel to enhance its effects.
The binding of retinoid receptors enhances gene expression, which effectively turns key cellular functions on and off resulting in enhanced cell proliferation, biosynthesis of extracellular proteins and glycans, and improved cellular turnover. These are important for normalizing cell renewal and repair processes.

Moisturizing Repair Mask
This is a luxurious, intense moisturising sheet mask that uses a unique blend of extracts to help reverse the signs of ageing while providing nourishment to the skin. Active ingredients will brighten dull, stressed skin and make skin appear smooth, youthful and soft.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a gel sheet mask that will be applied after an AQ GFIT to complement the effects, speed up healing and provide anti-inflammatory and anti-septic benefits when left on for 10 – 15min.
